Our education series offers a variety of ways for you to engage with successful business people and resources.  No matter what challenges you may be facing, we can connect you to the help needed.  HTEES is a partnership of business leaders committed to ensuring the success of small business in Delaware.  HTEES provides business consulting, individual counseling, marketing strategies, education in the form of topical workshops and classes, and technical assistance in a variety of areas and subjects.
